Adjudicators Remarks

Good solid start with good contrasting dynamics.
Theme: Tuning problems in cornets. Good Sol & lead lines. Nice playing gen to [30]
V1: Clean crisp playing [48] Very untidy bar we are also forcing the upper dynamic.
V2: Good dynamics with Horn/Cornet playing well, a few blips in duet.
V3: Good tempo then we get a shade faster?! Dim to [76] could be more; in fact yes the softer dynamics could be softer.
V4: [201] Euph obbligato could be more secure. [212] had tuning problems. Please try not to force the upper dynamics.
V5: Tempo is fast and clarity is now a problem [270] was a very untidy bar. [275] Softer please & dolce. [303] Good balance but again I feel [319] upper dynamics are forced. This was a problem through to the end.
